Thank you for choosing the Car Seat Tray+™ (“Product”), designed to help keep items secure on car, SUV, and truck bucket seats. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Product. By using the Car Seat Tray+™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    1. The Car Seat Tray+™ was designed by Michael Gray, an army veteran and inventor, to secure items on a vehicle seat and promote road safety by reducing distractions. This unique automobile accessory is ideal for everyday drivers, contractors, real estate agents, and rideshare drivers.

    1. The Car Seat Tray+™ is made from high-quality, durable HIPS/PVC plastic, known for its impact, heat, and scratch resistance, ensuring it withstands daily use. It measures 15" W x 17" L with a gradual height of 1.25" to 2.25", and is available in both Clear and Black color options to suit your style and needs.

    1. The Car Seat Tray+™ is designed to keep items secure on vehicle seats, promoting driver safety by reducing distractions. It is intended for storing various items such as makeup bags, phones, tablets, keys, and other essentials.
       

    2. The Car Seat Tray+™ is not designed for carrying open containers of liquids or foods that may spill. To ensure safety, place items flat on the tray. The items should not extend much higher than rim, as this may compromise stability and could create a hazard during sudden braking, stops, or turns.
       

    3. The Car Seat Tray+™ is optimized to keep smaller, balanced items secure. Large or top-heavy bags may require additional support to prevent shifting.

    1. Installation: Place the tray in the center of the passenger seat with the wider side facing forward. Use the Velcro strap to secure it around the seat back, adjusting for a snug fit without overtightening.
       

    2. Storage: Easily store the Car Seat Tray+™ by hanging it from the back of the headrest. Its compact and versatile design also allows for placement on the backseat or on the floor.*
       

      • *Note: For a secure fit, use the Velcro strap when attaching the tray to the seat. Floor placement is optional but may vary in stability.

    3. Maintenance: Keep your Car Seat Tray+™ in top shape by wiping it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, which may damage the tray's surface. Regularly inspect the tray and Velcro strap for signs of wear.

    1. Car Seat Tray+™ assumes no responsibility for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use, installation, or failure to follow instructions provided. Users are responsible for ensuring that items placed on the Car Seat Tray+™ do not create distractions or additional safety hazards.
       

    2. The Car Seat Tray+™ is not liable for damage to vehicle interiors, property damage, or personal injury resulting from use or misuse of this product. Use of the Car Seat Tray+™ is at the user’s risk. It is not a substitute for securely storing items that could become dangerous if they fall or shift. Drive responsibly and avoid placing any items on the tray that could become hazardous if dislodged.

    1. The Car Seat Tray+™ is sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, quiet enjoyment, quality of information, or title/infringement. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed.
       

    2. For warranty inquiries related to potential manufacturing defects, please contact info@carseattray.com within 30 days of purchase. Warranty claims are subject to verification.

    1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Returns without a receipt or that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
       

    2. Refunds: A $3.00 re-packaging fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued upon inspection and verification of the product’s condition.
       

    3. Exchanges: In cases of defect or damage during shipping, exchanges may be arranged. Please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

    1. The Car Seat Tray+™ is currently shipped only to the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Canada. The product is priced at $29.99 (excluding sales tax) with free shipping and handling. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

    1. The provider assumes no responsibility for any damages, of any kind or form, resulting from or related to the use of the Car Seat Tray+™. This includes, but is not limited to, damages in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, whether foreseeable or not. Special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of the product are expressly excluded.
       

    2. In all cases, liability is strictly limited to a maximum amount equivalent to the purchase price of the Car Seat Tray+™. 

    1. Car Seat Tray+™ reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the product or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Please check our website periodically for updates.

    1. All content on the Car Seat Tray+™ website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Car Seat Tray+™ or its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

    1. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from use of this website or the CarSeat Tray+™ product shall be governed by the laws of the state or country where the product was purchased, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
